Berlinale 2022 Festival Recap with Edo Choi from the Museum of the Moving Image + Programming for First Look Festival

[February 21, 2022] Greetings, again from Berlin. In this episode, we are graced with the presence of Edo Choi, a curator at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York and film critic extraordinaire.

Edo joins the podcast to discuss several standout films we encountered at the 72nd Berlin International Film Festival. Edo Choi is a programmer, projectionist, and film critic based in New York City. He was formerly a programmer at the Maysles Documentary Center, and is the Assistant Curator of Film at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York.

We also spend the last 15 minutes discussing First Look which is an annual festival showcasing an artfully curated selection of international films at New York’s Museum of the Moving Image from March 16th to 20th.
